AIRBNB

The first fashion collaboration in Airbnb history.

A social campaign on both brands’ channels and product marketing on the 3.1 Phillip Lim website. I led photo direction, production, and editing during a 3-day photo-video shoot in 100 °F Palm Springs, featuring two flamingos (Lucy and Ethel), a Bengal cat, a non-running vintage car, six models, and—despite customs delays—four pairs of pajamas.

GOAL

Merge two brand voices for a good cause: proceeds from each sale were donated to Children in Conflict, supporting high-impact programs in Iraq, Yemen, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and the Central African Republic.

HOW

We focused on capturing the essence of each city that inspired the pajama designs. My challenge was aligning a fashion-forward aesthetic with Airbnb’s branding—setting the tone for a seamless brand blend.

RESULTS

Our limited-edition pajamas, inspired by three U.S. cities and designed for weekend getaways, garnered strong press coverage. Featured by Vogue Italia, WWD, Forbes and Travel and Leisure., the partnership resonated on both fashion and travel fronts.
